Havent had the time to post my S. Korea trip unti now.

It was a week long trip visiting some of the more popular touristy places in Korean, and yes.. not to forget the main reason behind this trip - snow and skiing.

Some of the places we went to include Seoul, Everland and Lotte themeparks (which were surprising more fun and interesting than i expected), Yong Pyong Ski Resort (where the famous 'Winter Sonata' was filmed), Jeju Island (the no. 1 honeymoon location in S. Korea), etc.

The pictures speaks louder than words.

Enjoy!

Yong Pyong Ski Resort

u may not believe it.. but i'm at the Dragon Peak.. which is the highest peak in Yong Pyong Ski resort. the temp is -8C, and the wind is so strong and bittering cold!

Scenic Moments at Mt Sorak National Park

Also known as Seoraksan National Park. We had to take a cable and walked the rest of the way up the peak. The scenery was breathtakingly beautiful!

Dried up river in the background..

Beautiful Jeju

济州岛有三多:风多,马多和女人多。因为四面环海,海产丰富,男人多数都以捕鱼为生。很多时候,一去不归。女人就得自力更生,养家糊口。

There are a few must-see places in Jeju, namely the 'mysterious road', Sunrise Peak, teddy bear museum and the sea-women divers, aka “海女”。

I'm standing on the Sunrise Peak. This is actually an extinct volcanic crater.

Women divers at work.

Taken with 'Gong' teddy bears at the teddy bear museum.

The famous windmill in 'All in'.

Canola flowers field with Sunrise Peak in the background.
